We currently ship all over India.
International shipping will be introduced soon.

- All orders are processed within 3–7 working days.
- Orders that include customization or stitching may take the full processing duration.
- Ready-made products may be shipped earlier depending on availability.
- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
3. Shipping Time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes:
- 4–8 working days depending on your location, pincode accessibility, and courier services.
Please note: rural or remote locations may need additional transit time.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999.
- For orders below ₹999, a shipping fee of ₹60 will be applied at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email.
- You can use this number to track your order until delivery.
6. Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Festivals or peak season
- Weather conditions
- Logistics/courier issues
- Operational delays beyond our control
We will keep you informed if we become aware of any potential delays.
7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
If the courier is unable to deliver because of:
- Wrong or incomplete address
- No response from customer
- Repeated failed delivery attempts
The order may be returned to us. Re-delivery may require an additional shipping fee.
8. Packaging & Safety
All items are packed securely to prevent damage during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos.
