2. Scope of Services

We design, manufacture and sell women’s fashion clothing (ready-made and/or custom-stitched). We may from time to time update our product range, colours, sizes, availability and pricing.

3. Orders

• When you place an order you submit an offer to purchase the goods. We will send you an order acknowledgement (by email/SMS) but this does not mean your order is accepted. Acceptance and completion of the contract occurs when we send you a shipping confirmation.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason (e.g., product unavailable, pricing error, custom product outside our scope).
• Products are subject to availability.
• You must provide correct delivery address, contact details, and any other relevant information. We are not responsible for non-delivery if you give incorrect or incomplete address.
• All prices shown are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of shipping charges (unless free shipping qualifies) and applicable taxes, unless specifically shown otherwise.

4. Payment

• Payments can be made by the methods we specify on the website (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, wallet, etc).
• You must pay the full amount (including shipping charges, taxes) as shown at checkout.
• We are not responsible for any bank or payment gateway delays or failure.
• In case of refund, we will credit through the same payment method used by you (subject to banks/payment gateways).

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship all over India. International shipping will be available soon.
• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-7 working days depending on customisation and stitching; ready-made products may ship sooner.
• Shipping Time: Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 4-8 working days depending on your location.
• Shipping Charges: Free shipping on orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999 a shipping fee of ₹60 will be added.
• Tracking: A tracking number will be sent via SMS or email once your order has shipped.
• Delays: Delivery may get delayed due to festivals, bad weather, courier issues. We will keep you informed where possible.
• If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, absence of recipient, or other reasons beyond our control, you may be charged for re-delivery or may need to place a fresh order.

6. Return, Refund & Exchange

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective or wrong items. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
• Items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging.
• Custom-stitched items (maternity gowns, mom-baby sets etc) are non-returnable unless there is a genuine issue on our part.
• Exchanges available only if product received is damaged/incorrect; size exchanges for custom-stitched items not offered.
• Refunds: Once we receive & inspect returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, refund to original payment method/UPI within 5-7 working days.
• Non-returnable items: custom-stitched items, maternity made-to-order gowns, used or washed items, items returned without prior approval.
• To request a return: email us at [email] or WhatsApp [number] within 48 hours of receiving your order, including order number, photos of the issue and description.

7. Customisation & Made-to-Order Products

• For any custom-stitched or made-to-order product you accept that manufacturing starts post your approval of sizing, colour/filter etc.
• You are responsible for ensuring measurements and customisation details (such as size, colour, style) are correct before placing the order. We cannot guarantee perfect fit in all cases.
• These products are non-returnable unless there is an obvious manufacturing defect or wrong product from our side.

8. Intellectual Property

• All website content (including text, images, logos, designs) is our property or licensed to us unless indicated otherwise.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display or exploit any content on our website without our prior written permission.

9. User Conduct

• You agree not to: (a) misuse the website (b) post false or misleading information (c) use the website for any unlawful purpose (d) interfere with the website’s operation.
• We reserve right to suspend or terminate access in case of misuse.

10. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising out of your use of the website or purchase of products.
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with an order shall not exceed the purchase price paid by you for that specific product.
• Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or restrict liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence or other liability which cannot be excluded under applicable law.

• We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, acts of government, courier disruptions, strikes, pandemics, etc).
